- Take the cake out of refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
- Serve at room temperature.
- Store leftover cake in refrigerator in an airtight container.
- Cake will last 3 days refrigerated.
- Alternatively, freeze leftover cake by wrapping in several layers of plastic wrap. Cake will last 1 - 2 months frozen.
